The “Carol I” University Foundation and the Danube Youth Alliance signed a collaboration protocol in the name of the excellence
On Thursday, September 21, 2017, on the second day of the Strada de C`Arte Festival, a partnership was signed between the “Carol I” University Foundation and the Danube Youth Alliance, and also the the first common project was announced. It is a comparative sociological research aimed at studying the perception of young people about the future of the European Union. The event was attended by Mireille Rădoi, president of the „Carol I” University Foundation and its vice-presidents, Bogdan Babici, Dan Costin Niţescu and George Grigoriţă, as well as Eric Bartha, General Secretary of Danube Youth Alliance Romania.
“This partnership reconfirms the commitment both entities have to promote excellence and value through education and applied studies!”, Said Mireille Rădoi.
Eric Bartha: “Our alliance and “Carol I” Central University Library are alike in many aspects, especially on the excellence side. Excellence can only be achieved through education, the latter being the basis of any success. From here, all our collaboration starts from this common point: the desire to promote education and, implicitly, excellence. “
The first project launched, “Comparative Sociological Research Project. The perception of young people in Vienna and Bucharest on the future of the European Union” is addressed to young people aged between 18 and 24 years old from the two cities who will answer questions in an online survey shared on social networking sites.
